Can I customize the design and flavors of my cake?
Absolutely! We love bringing your visions to life. You can mix and match our signature sponge flavors and fillings, or send us inspiration photos for a completely custom design.
How should I store and transport my cake?
Keep it flat and keep it cool! When driving, the safest place for your cake is on the flat floor of your car with the AC running—never on a seat. Once you arrive, store the cake in the fridge. For the absolute best flavor and texture, bring it out to room temperature about 30 to 45 minutes before serving.
Can you match the cake to my event's color scheme?
We certainly can! We do our absolute best to match your event colors. If you have specific shades in mind, sending us color swatches or digital images is incredibly helpful. Please note that because icing is mixed by hand, we cannot guarantee a 100% exact Pantone match, but we will get it beautifully close.
Do you provide fresh flowers or cake toppers?
We can source and safely prepare fresh, non-toxic flowers for an additional fee, or we can place flowers provided by your florist upon delivery. We also offer a selection of custom acrylic and wooden toppers. If you have your own topper, just bring it to us ahead of time or place it on the cake at the venue!
Can I send you a picture of a cake I found on Pinterest/Instagram and have you copy it?
We love using inspiration photos to understand your vision, color palette, and style! However, out of respect for other bakers’ intellectual property and to match our own artistic style, we do not replicate cakes exactly. We will use your photos as a guide to create something uniquely beautiful for you.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
We offer both! You can pick up your treats directly from our shop during business hours for free. We also offer local delivery within a [Insert Mile/Kilometer Radius] radius for a flat fee of [$X]. Delivery slots are limited, so be sure to reserve yours at checkout.
